Experimental and simulation research on microscopic damage of HTPB propellant under tension-shear loading

چکیده

In order to study the influence of loading conditions on propellant mesoscopic failure morphology, scanning electron microscopy was carried out observe morphology section a hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene under different temperatures, speeds, and conditions. Using finite element method, model composite solid constructed, mechanical parameters particle–matrix interface were obtained based parameter inversion method. A meso-model numerical results compared with experimental analyze meso-damage. With decreasing temperature increasing speed, level damage increased, became more prone combined action tensile shear loads. addition, an angle, ammonium perchlorate particles dewetting.
